Trenton Leadership Series Announced

The Citizens Campaign and Galilee Baptist Church announced today a six-part series of leadership forums starting tomorrow night to empower city residents to affect positive change in their communities.

The first leadership forum of the “Tuesdays in Galilee” Leadership Series will be this Tuesday, October 29th at 6pm at the Galilee Baptist Church at 440 MLK Blvd, Trenton, NJ.

The series will give residents the tools and training to get results in the community, including how to be a more effective advocate in City Hall.

The forums will be held Tuesdays from October 29 through December 10 at Galilee Baptist Church, each one focusing on another avenue for Trenton residents to have their voices heard, including policy development, community team building, citizen journalism, serving on appointed boards and within the political parties.

These forums are free and open to the public.  Each and every Trenton resident is invited to come and participate.

For more information visit www.ImpactTrenton.org or contact Darren Green at (609) 209-0400 or email darren@thecitizenscampaign.org.

This series is supported in part by the Princeton Area Community Foundation & Rita Allen Foundation.
